Introdotto nuovo sistema di prezzi in Euro.
Finalmente i clienti che si trovano nell’eurozona possono visualizzare i prezzi del nostro sito in Euro.
Questo dovrebbe contribuire a creare un esperienza di acquisto più fluida e maggiore semplicità per i pagamenti con bonifico bancario.
I prezzi sono ora visualizzati in Euro anche nella fase finale dell’acquisto quindi qualora si decidesse di pagare il proprio ordine con bonifico bancario non sarà più necessario effettuare la conversione dell’importo da inviare da GBP ad EUR.
Il cliente vede l’importo direttamente in euro e invia tale importo via bonifico bancario sul nostro conto corrente Europeo.

Siamo lieti di introdurre un nuovo sistema di pagamento denominato Moonpay.
Andando sul sito e selezionando questo metodo di pagamento, potrete completare il vostro acquisto utilizzando carta di credito o debito, apple pay e google pay.
Il sistema acquisterà automaticamente per vostro conto il necessario importo di cryptovaluta necessario per il vostro ordine e lo invierà direttamente al nostro wallet.
Voi non dovete fare assolutamente nulla. Dall’Italia, tra l’altro, non sono necessarie particolari verifiche di documenti di identità.
Il sistema prevede uno sconto del 15% sull’importo dell’ordine ed in più le fee sono a nostro carico.
Per utilizzarlo, semplicemente selezionate questo metodo di pagamento ed andate sempre avanti seguendo le istruzioni.
Inserimento ordine minimo di ordine.
Per tutti i prodotti e per tutti i sistemi di pagamento è stato introdotto un importo minimo di ordine di 100£. (120€ circa)

Purtroppo al momento la banca che gestiva per nostro conto i pagamenti effettuati con carte di credito/debito non ci ha rinnovato la licenza.
Questo vuol dire che al momento ed a tempo indeterminato non sarà possibile effettuare i pagamenti con carte di credito/debito.
Al momento non siamo in gradi di fornire nessuna notizia ulteriore ne una previsione rispetto a SE e QUANDO saremo di nuovo in grado di accettare nuovamente pagamenti con carta.
Chiediamo gentilmente ai nostri clienti di astenersi dal contattarci per chiederci ulteriori informazioni in merito in quanto questo è tutto quello che sappiamo e non abbiamo altre informazioni su tempistiche di ripristino del servizio.
Faremo il possibile per tornare ad accettare pagamenti con carta ma non siamo in gradi di garantire che questo sarà possibile.
Nel frattempo potete effettuare il pagamento del vostro ordine con bonifico bancario oppure con cryptovaluta.

Global warehouse operations resumed.

As with every year, the Global Warehouse serving the UK and the rest of the world will be closed from December 22nd to January 8th for the Christmas holidays. However, our European warehouse will continue to operate without interruption, while taking into account the standard public holidays during the Christmas season.

MIN ORDER AMOUNT
For all products and all payment methods, a minimum order amount of £100 (approximately €120) has been introduced.
04.12.23 2nd UPDATE: As expected, the banking institution that provided us the ability to accept credit/debit card payments from European customers has closed our account after three years of service to our company.
We are diligently working to find alternative solutions, but in the meantime, we can only accept payments via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
The good news is that we are now free to serve customers located in the United States again.
Should there be any further updates, we will ensure to keep you informed.
27.11.23: Currently, our banking provider assisting with credit and debit card payments has suspended our service. One of the conditions for reinstating this service is to stop accepting orders from customers in the United States. As years go by, the demands from these payment processing companies are becoming increasingly burdensome.
This highlights the importance for all customers to familiarize themselves with cryptocurrency-based payment systems as soon as possible. Despite our efforts to maintain high legal standards and operate professionally, we find ourselves constrained by these demands. Currently, we have no choice but to comply, as the majority of our sales still rely on the credit card system.
Therefore, we are left with no option but to cease sales to the United States indefinitely.
