What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. However, you should know your specific country’s regulations and law in order to avoid disappointment.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you would modify your order you must send an e-mail to customers@camochem.uk within 1 – 2 hours of placing your order. We can modify your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. A request to cancel your order must be send to info@camochem.uk within 2 hours of placing your order and before to pay. Once you pay we can’t cancel your order. Our team will help you in cancelling your order and issuing a refund. We can decide to full refund only orders paid by direct  bank transfer or Cash App; orders paid via credit card or other payment methods could be only partially refund.

A refund request will entail the permanent ban of the account and IP address from our website

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking number for your package when your order has been processed, so you can follow your package’s progress.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept wire transfer, crypto currency, credit card and Cash app. The credit card payment is not always ensured and is subjected to availability of our provider.

Can I pay when I get the product?

The payment will be taken from your account at the time that you place your order.

Can I add retroactively a discount coupon?
No, we are sorry. You can use the discount coupon for your next order. Subscribe to our newsletter to be always updated on promotions and to never miss out on offers!
Can I pay using PayPal?
Sorry, we do not accept PayPal through our website.
How much do I have to pay for the shipping?
We offer a paid service which guarantees your parcel to be delivered sooner, depending on your country’s customs allowances and restrictions.
Why is the discount code not working?
Please ensure that you have inputted the discount code correctly in the discount section. You should see the discount add to your order when it has been correctly applied.

SHIPPING

What are the delivery times?
After you place your order, we process it and will ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a mail to confirm your order has been shipped. In case of delay due to a product that is out of stock, we will notify you when to expect your order by email. Estimated time of arrival for orders shipped are from 48 up to 7 working days, depending on the shipping method. For more information you can check our shipping and handling page. We can’t control any type of delays once that your order has shipped from our facility, so we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival. Tracking info can need up to 24 hours to update.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once. Alternatively they’ll leave a card confirming that they’ve either left it with a neighbor, left it in a safe place, when they will tray to redeliver or give you details on how to collect it.
I didn't receive my package, but according to tracking it has been delivered.
Maybe the package was received by someone else. Check if your neighbour, receptionist, doorman, colleague, mailroom or front desk received the package. Wait 1-2 weeks for the package to turn up a neighbour or colleague has it. If it never turns up, please send us an email so that we can check from our side and help you.
What happens if my package is confiscated by customs?

Should your package be confiscated, ou can request either a reshipment of the package or a full refund of your order.  We can full refund only orders paid by direct  bank transfer or Crypto; orders paid via credit card or other payment methods could be only partially refund.
After the first attempt to resend the package, if it is not delivered, the customer will only be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid.

Do You ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we do ship to P.O. boxes. Check that you provide us the right address in the correct format. We will ship to the address you provide us and is not up to us to check if the address is correct
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we do. Just check that you enter the address in the correct format and that your address is able to receive parcels.
My order status says “unfulfilled”, why hasn't shipped yet?
If the status of your order is showing as “unfulfilled”, it means that we are busy getting your order together ready to be sent out. During busy times, this status may show on your order for longer than normal. Your estimated delivery date is on your order confirmation email and includes the time it takes for us to package your order. You will receive another email when we send your order to you, which will include a tracking link if your order has been sent with one of our trackable delivery services.
The tracking has stopped and I did not receive my package.

This status could take 2 – 3 weeks and local post can be slow. Continue to track your parcel and write us an email customers@camochem.uk

My package is held at customs, does that mean it has been confiscated?

Customs need time to do their work and it can take a couple of day up to a couple weeks to complete the process. It is outside of our control. If the package was not cleared at customs, you would receive a letter. Should your package be confiscated, ou can request either a reshipment of the package or a full refund of your order.  We can full refund only orders paid by direct  bank transfer or Crypto; orders paid via credit card or other payment methods could be only partially refund.

What happens if my product was damaged during shipment?
We will reship your product, photographic evidence of the damaged product is required.
What does your packaging look like?
We ensure that all of our packaging is discreet, with no stickers stating the name of the company and plain packaging.
Do you ship overnight?
No we do not.
Can I have my parcel redirected to another address?
Unfortunately for your security we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don’t worry: if you are not in when a delivery is attempted our delivery partner will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

I did not receive an order confirmation email; did you get my order?

Please check the spam folder. Sometimes our emails can go to the spam folder as they are automatically sent. If you cannot find the confirmation, please send us an email at customers@camochem.uk

I have ordered something by accident, what can I do?

If you have ordered something by accident please let us know on customers@camochem.uk within 1-2 hours of placing your order. We can help you modify your order only before shipping. Once we ship your order we cannot modify it.

I received the package, but is not my correct order.

Please send us immediately an email at customers@camochem.uk with photographic evidence of the order you received and the order you placed. When your claim is verified we will ship the correct product(s) as soon as possible. We would ask that you send us back the incorrect product. Please put the note in your parcel letting us know it is incorrect when you send it back. Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to look at it later on.

I am missing a product in my order, what can I do?

If a product is missing, please contact us at customers@camochem.uk with the order number, the missing product name and photographic evidence of the missing product. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

How can I search for products on the website?

All available products can be viewed on our home page.

How do I know that your products are legitimate?
We only stock legitimate and genuine products. We don’t sell fakes. You can be sure that the product you receive is legitimate. We have third-party lab tests which can be found on our Website. However, if you are not entirely happy with your product, you can return it to us for a full refund, as long as the product has been unopened.
Do you have 3d party lab reports for all your products?
Yes, full documentation for each product and batch is available on our website on the page “lab test”. You can always be sure which test report belongs to your product simply checking your batch number.
Can changes in temperature, sunlight or freezing compromise the integrity of my product?
Temporary temperature changes will not compromise the integrity of our items. Store your item(s) at room temperature, preferably not in direct sunlight.
How should I store my items?

Will you be getting more items?
We are trying to update our range with new items as often as we can, which means we spend a lot of time trying to perfect new items. So keep your eyes peeled!
How are your product verified?
We test all our products for the right chemical structure, concentration and purity of the active ingredients that goes into our solutions and blends. We do blind and independent 3d party tests for all our products. Our laboratory is one of the most capable and reputable test centers in the European Union. Our lab tests are easy to read and understand and full documentation for each product and batch is available on our website on the page “lab test”. We have a double check system test, so you can check by yourself the purity of our products on the laboratory website and verify that our analysis are not manipulated.
Do you sell products for human use?
We do NOT sell products for human use. All our products are for research purposes only. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
Will my product come with a measuring tool?
Yes, with our bottles we send also a 1ml syringe.
What is the shelf life of my product?
Each batch has an expire date of 24 months after manufacturing.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your purchase from Camo Chem. However, if you are not happy with your purchase or if it does not meet tour requirements, you can return it to us. Products must be returned in their original condition and unopened, within 30 days of the date you received your order. We can offer a full refund fro the price you paid.

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

We apologize if we have made a mistake with your refund. If this is the case, please contact us at customers@camochem.uk and we will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

Have you received my returned products?
It can take time from the day after the date of your return, for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return, informing you of the next steps.
Why haven't I received my refund yet?
Your refund can take between 5-10 working days to process into your account once it has been done. Please wait for this allocated time before getting in touch with us.
