Orders may enter processing shortly after being placed. For this reason, amendment or cancellation requests are time sensitive and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order before dispatch, including where:
a. a product is unavailable;
b. there is an error in pricing, stock information or product information;
c. we suspect fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or breach of these Terms;
d. we are unable to verify payment, delivery details or other relevant information; or
e. we reasonably consider that completing the order may expose us to legal, regulatory, operational or security risk.

If we cancel an order before dispatch and payment has already been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where possible.

7. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency stated on the website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted for dispatch.

You must provide complete and accurate payment information when placing an order.

If an obvious pricing error or product listing error appears on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund any amount paid.

8. Shipping and delivery

Any delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery name, address, postcode, email address, telephone number and all other shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

We will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, return to sender events, losses or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by you.

If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, undeliverable, returned to us, or affected by incomplete or inaccurate shipping details supplied by you, any refund will be dealt with in accordance with our Refund Policy. Where permitted by law, we may deduct direct shipping, return shipping, handling and related costs actually incurred by us.

For international orders, you are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can lawfully be imported, possessed and used in the destination country. We are not responsible for orders delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed or otherwise affected by customs, local authorities or import restrictions outside our control.

9. Pre dispatch order amendments and cancellations

Requests to amend or cancel an order before dispatch must be submitted within 2 hours of the order being placed.

This 2 hour period is a customer service window only. It is intended to allow us to stop or adjust processing before dispatch where reasonably possible.

We are unable to guarantee that any request to amend or cancel an order can be actioned if it is received:
a. more than 2 hours after the order was placed;
b. after the order has entered processing;
c. after shipping documents or courier data have been generated;
d. after the order has been packed, prepared for dispatch or allocated for collection; or
e. after dispatch.

A customer request to amend or cancel an order does not in itself mean that the request has been accepted or successfully actioned.

If we are able to stop an order before dispatch, we will confirm this by email.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be treated as a pre dispatch order cancellation or amendment request. Any request made after dispatch will instead be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.

10. Returns, refunds and post dispatch cancellation rights

Your rights regarding returns, refunds and any post dispatch cancellation rights are set out in our Refund Policy.

Where applicable, we may withhold a refund until returned goods are received by us, or until you provide satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, in line with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer where such rights apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Sensitive and temperature controlled products

Certain products may be sensitive to storage conditions, temperature, handling, contamination risk or chain of custody.

For safety, quality assurance and stock integrity reasons, some categories of goods may not be eligible for return once delivered, except where the item is faulty, incorrect, damaged in transit, or where return rights apply under law.
