About this compound
What does the research say?
MOD GRF (1-29), also known as CJC-1295 without DAC, is a modified version of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Four amino acid substitutions (positions 2, 8, 15, and 27) improve its resistance to enzymatic degradation, extending its half-life to approximately 30 minutes compared to seconds for native GHRH.
MOD GRF stimulates growth hormone release through the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs. Unlike CJC-1295 DAC, it does not contain the Drug Affinity Complex, resulting in shorter but more pulsatile GH release. This makes it the preferred choice for researchers studying natural GH pulse patterns. It is frequently combined with Ipamorelin: MOD GRF amplifies the GH pulse while Ipamorelin triggers it through a separate receptor pathway.

Why does quality matter with MOD GRF?
The four amino acid substitutions that define MOD GRF are critical for its improved stability. Products with incorrect substitutions will degrade rapidly and not produce the expected GH response.
At Camo Chem, every batch is tested by an independent 3rd party laboratory. We publish the full Certificate of Analysis for every batch, and you can verify the results directly with the lab. We do not self-certify. Ever.

Frequently asked questions
MOD GRF (1-29) is a modified GHRH analogue with CAS number 446036-97-1. Also known as CJC-1295 without DAC, it contains four amino acid substitutions that improve stability. It is sold exclusively as a research compound.
MOD GRF lacks the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) present in CJC-1295 DAC. This means a shorter half-life (~30 minutes vs 6-8 days) but a more pulsatile GH release pattern. CJC-1295 DAC produces sustained GH elevation; MOD GRF produces acute GH pulses.
Every batch meets a minimum of 98% purity as verified by HPLC. Testing is performed by an independent 3rd party laboratory.
Yes. MOD GRF is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use.
In lyophilised form, store in a cool, dry place. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2-8°C.
