CAMO CHEM EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We hope you like your purchase from Camo Chem. However, if you don’t like your purchase, or if it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, within 14 days of the date you received it.
We can offer an exchange or refund for the price you paid. If you are returning to us an item because it is incorrect – we will only refund your postage costs if the product is wrong through an error on our part – and no refund shall be given if the item was wrongly ordered by yourself.
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that this Exchanges and Returns Policy only relates to SARMS purchases and does not apply to PEPTIDES.
We recommend that you return products via an insured and trackable method, such as Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any products which go missing in the post and do not reach us.
If you use Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery you can check if we have received your parcel, using the Royal Mail website.
Please send a covering note with the parcel to enable us to process your return more efficiently. Please explain the reason for returning, whether you want a refund or exchange and remember to include your order number and personal contact details so we can get in touch if there are any issues.
When we receive an item returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process your refund for the full amount that was paid for the item using the same form of payment and account originally used for the purchase.
Please note that if you return an exchanged item for a return then we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £10 to cover our extra postage costs.
We can decide to full refund only orders paid by direct bank transfer or Cash App; orders paid via credit card or other payment methods may be only partially refunded.”

Is it essential to fill out a return form.
We strongly recommend that you fill out a return form.
Please note that if a product is returned without a return form then we may contact you by phone or email to determine the reason for return.
If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, we reserve the right to either return the product to you or, if the product qualifies, process a refund minus a £10 administration fee.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Please allow up to 10-15 working days after receipt for all exchanges and refunds to be processed. Please contact us by emailing email@example.com if you have not received your refund within 15 working days of us receiving your item.
Which service should I use to return a product?

How long after a purchase can I return a product?
Please make sure you return your product(s) within 30 days of your purchase.
If products are returned after this time, we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to the product being in pristine condition. Products must be returned in the same condition and in the same packaging it was sent out with.
What if I receive a free gift with my purchase?
If you want to return a product that came with a free gift, you must return your free gift with that product.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item or not the one you ordered, then you can return it to us, free of charge for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of receiving it.

We will exchange your product as long as it is returned in pristine condition and satisfies the criteria for returning a product as outlined in our Returns Policy above.
How to exchange a product:
Follow the same procedure outlined in our Returns Policy. Please fill out the return form and tell us which product you would like to exchange it for along with relevant contact details, should we need to contact you.
Is there an administration fee?
If you are exchanging for a product of lower value then we reserve the right to add a £10 administration fee to the price of the replacement product. If this is the case, we shall contact you to inform you of this.
What happens if there is a difference in price?
If there is any extra charge to pay, we will contact you so that payment can be made.
If there is a partial refund due then we will provide you a coupon code within 10 days.
CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER
A refund request will entail the permanent ban of the account and IP address from our website.
