Where can I check the test results for a batch?
Every tested batch has its own page with the batch code and the purity figure. The verification button on that page opens the record in the testing laboratory own public database, so you read the result at source, not a file we produced.
What does the purity percentage tell me?
It is the share of the declared compound in the sample, measured by HPLC by an independent laboratory. On selected peptide batches the endotoxin level is published as well. It says nothing about effects: these are research materials, supplied for laboratory use only.
Where do you ship from?
From our EU warehouse for EU addresses, with no customs, and from our UK warehouse for the UK, the USA and the rest of the world. Every parcel is tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the next working day. UK 1 to 3 working days, EU 7 to 10, USA and rest of the world 5 to 14.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Reply to your order email, use the contact page, or use the dedicated button next to the order in your account: it works before and after dispatch, and the sooner the better.
